Today is called Thanksgiving. I like that. Not because of Turkey, food and drink. I like it for people, friends, nature, for all that contributes to moments of joy. And also for people and things who sometimes disturb or lessen joy and invoke anger, fear or sadness, and that make us feel vulnerable. Interacting with all of this, aiming to create more of the joyful moments, which are the fuel that keep us going through rougher ones. Savouring the many different shades of being alive, sharing.
A joyful Thanksgiving day full of life!
